The Unsurpassable Free Bad Breath Cure

This free bad breath cure is awesome. I’m serious, I have spent a lot of money towards bad breath over the years and I like this bad breath cure the most as I didn’t have to spend a world of money on it and it’s effective. There is a very good chance you can try it the second you finish reading this.

I would like to share with you this free bad breath cure, frankly because I have been there. I have gone through the embarrassment and the emotional baggage that comes with bad breath. With between 15 – 25% of Americans suffering from bad breath then there is a good chance that either you have the problem or know someone who suffers from it too.

Now before I tell you what it is and you run off a try it. And I hope you do but you should know a bit about how it works. Have you heard of a PH table? That’s right from science class. Everything can be measured on a PH scale of 1 to 15, 1 being very acidic, 15 being very basic, and 7 is neutral or in the middle.

That being said, bacteria, a major cause of bad breath love acidic or low PH environments. In an acidic environment they are able to reproduce faster, making more little bacteria, and those bacteria make more bacteria and while they are making more bacteria they are also consuming foods and making very smelly gases that cause bad breath for a lot of people. The more bacteria, means the more smelly gasses and the worse your breath.

So this is where the cure comes in, It actually raises the PH in your mouth away from their comfort level and actually slows down the production of bacteria which with less bacteria creates less smelly gasses and so on and so forth. You get my point right? Fewer bacteria equals a less smelly breath.

So what is this magical and majorly over priced product that we have to go re-mortgage the house for? If you go look in your kitchen cupboard with your baking supplies you might find a jar or bag of baking soda. If you do then you have one awesome free bad breath remedy. If you don’t then sorry you will have to go pay the 99cents for it at your local grocer. It’s actually no surprise that it can be a great help towards curing bad breath, if you actually do a little digging about baking soda you will find it’s actually a bit of a wonder product. It has been used for years in the medical world to treat a number of problems from chronic renal failure to hyperkalemia.

This doesn’t mean you go eat a handful of it and see what happens. I will cover a quick way to use it but you do have to be careful not to actually swallow this stuff as your stomach will not be too pleased. The best thing to do with it is mix a half teaspoon in a glass of water and gargle it for 30 seconds. This will increase the PH in your mouth and also help by washing away bacteria and food particles they will feed on. So go try it, I use it after every meal, if I go out I keep a small bottle in my bag for just in case. It works great for me and I hope it works well for you too.

Cure Bad Breath In Four Steps – Four Fast Bad Breath Cures

Very few of us ever really talk seriously about the problem of breath so more often that not we are unaware of the bad breath cures available to us when we face this embarrassing problem.

For those of that know the pain, embarrassment and frustration of trying to hide a breath problem we often don’t want to talk about it, we just want to cure it as fast as possible. This article hopes to help people in just that situation by offering some advice on the best ways to treat and cure bad breath.

Malodorous breath is most often caused by an excessive amount of anaerobic bacteria living in the mouth. Usually these bacteria concentrate on the back of the tongue where they can live between the taste buds but they can also grow on the gum line and cheeks.

As these organisms respire they excrete waste products that contain foul smelling sulpher compounds that evaporate easily at room temperature and are therefore noticed on the breath. Therefore the primary way to cure bad breath is to attempt to limit or reduce the growth of these bacteria.

Fortunately there are a number of ways we can do this. The first is to limit the supply of food to these bacteria by flossing and brushing away particles of food that they could potentially feed on.

The second is to attack them directly by cleaning the area they colonize. The back of the tongue is the ideal breeding ground for the bacteria and they will multiply rapidly if left unchecked. We can evict these unwanted tenants by using a tongue scraper to clean the area thoroughly.

The third way to limit the bacterial growth is to keep the mouth moist. Unfortunately saliva secretion is just one of those things that decrease’s with age and the fact that most adults do not drink the recommended 2 liters of water per day and in fact often drink diuretic drinks like tea and coffee mean we are often dehydrated. Starting the day with a tall glass of water is not only good for our general health but one of the most effective bad breath cures.

The fourth way to fight a breath problem is to keep the mouth neutral. An acidic environment is the perfect condition for these bacteria to thrive and therefore something we want to avoid. Avoiding acidic foods and drinks like orange juice and sugary foods. You can reduce the acidity of the mouth by using regular baking soda as either a paste brushed on the teeth and tongue or as a solution mixed with water and gargled and swished about the mouth.

Even though the commercials you see on TV might make it appear that they have discovered the latest ‘miracle’ bad breath cure be weary before handing over your cash as its often the case that when it sounds too good to be true it is! Simply follow the steps above consistently and you will most often get the results you want however if the problem persists it is worth speaking to your dentist.
